More Bait and Switch

Now wait a minute - Obama went all around he country selling us on the idea that if we didn't pass the stimulus bill, it would be "catastrophic." Now, he says it won't work immediately. Couldn't that be catastrophic, if it didn't work immediately? If it didn't work right away, would that be a "failed policy?"

It seems Obama just wants a lot of money to move us toward his ideological vision of America, one which embraces socialistic ideals. If so, I will call his attention to the "failed policies" of the Soviet Union and other Socialist experiments around the world.

We have the most successful economic and political system the world has ever known, and now the Democrats with Obama at the helm want to tinker with it. And old adage comes to mind:

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

"WASHINGTON (Reuters)- President Barack Obama's aides warned Americans on Sunday not to expect instant miracles from the $787 billion economic stimulus bill he will sign this week, but said it would help eventually."
