Countries foreign to the US have often criticized the US for our supposed "treatment" of minorities, particularly in politics. These include the UK, France and Germany, our main European allies, who themselves have large ethnic populations.
How is it, then, that none of them have ever had presidents or prime ministers that were anything other than Caucasian?
